I’m writing this e-mail because I would like to request a new extension number. Since I have the same extension number as the previous worker’s old one, I always get many mistaken calls to find the previous worker and I have to spend a lot of times explaining what happen to the customers. So my work is often interrupted by these calls. Sometime I get these calls seven times a day!
