Par5~6是一個區塊，如多益口說成績表，第一點講的東西我覺得就是在講這區塊，檢視回答時要注意標準

　　Part5 提出解決方案

　˙我覺得可以歸類為，兩大類，兩個模板來回應，有參考批踢踢大大們

　˙第一類<客訴、有問題>

　　01. Hello, Mr. 人. This is Ben. (from customer service department)

　　02. I’m returning your call about your bad experience with us.

　　03. In your message, you mentioned that 問題描述. *

　　04. So, you want us to fix the problem.**

　　05. First of all, I’m very sorry about the inconvenience.

　　06. After hearing your message, I checked and found out that 狀況描述.***

　　07. But I’m glad to tell you that 解決方案. So, you 結果 ****

　　08. Also, we would like to give you 補償方案. *****

　　09. We hope to have the pleasure of serving you again.

　　*不只一句，從考題語音中去擷取點子來說，2~3句

　　**大部分適用，用fix it比較通用，還是要有意識飽有彈性，根據問題改變

　　***找理由，”員工”犯錯忘了、”機器”系統故障、準備萬用理由吧!好講的

　　****我通常: I have informed our employee to deal with this.

　　　　後面：確保幾天內OK.

　　*****a 30 % discount on your price,

　　　　 a 50 % discount counpon on your next purchase

　　　　 an upgrade from business class to economy class on your next flight.

　　******通常說一句，抓5秒，注意秒數、流暢度、熟悉模板、點子

˙第二類<給予建議型>

　　01. Hello, Mr. 人. This is Ben.

　　02. I’m returning your call about your request.

　　03. In your message, you mentioned that 問題描述. *

　　04. So, you want me to give you some advice. **

　　05. First of all, I’m very sorry about the inconvenience.

　　06. After hearing your message, I suggest that 建議表達.***

　　07. Moreover, we should set up a meeting to discuss this more. *****

　　08. Perhaps, you can call me back to confirm the details of the meeting.

　　09. I’ll be expecting your call. Please call me back soon.

　　*不只一句，從考題語音中去擷取點子來說，2~3句

　　**大部分適用，管不了那麼多了

　　***找建議，想像力，1~2句，也可以事先準備對應

　　****07~09基本上就固定是這樣，模板2也只有這邊比較不一樣，

　　*****注意秒數、流暢度、熟悉模板、點子

　　Part6

　˙同意不同意、兩邊選邊站、舉幾個點選一點，論述選擇原因、support

　˙模板＝表達的句型，熟練，腦子要靈活，轉得快，

　˙我就一個模板：

　　01. Well, this is a very interesting topic.

　　02. If I had to choose, I would say that 選擇的一邊.

　　03. First of all, 原因1.  For example,說明 / because+原因. *

　　04. Not only this, 原因2.  To be specific, 說明.

　　05. On the other hand, 反面理由/論述/反駁/. But, 反駁. 說明原因 **

　　06. On the whole, 總結/ 換句話說地支持你的論點.***

　　*可以多多提出支持(support)自己這個理由的敘述

　　**像主動提出缺點，自己再反駁、

　　　或是去說另一邊怎樣(有些優點但我認為)(有哪些缺點)

　　***說出來的話要給人有，我選的這一邊我認同的感覺、依這感覺造句。

　　　或直接拷貝題目句型來這再說一次。
